To continue to better serve our clients, we've rolled out a major upgrade on our client billing and support center! The updated system features a simplified interface that shows current invoices, upcoming invoices and our new trouble ticket system.
Additionally, our new system introduces the 'Knowledge Base' - which we will be constantly updating with helpful tips and troubleshooting solutions to serve your needs!
For new customers, we are currently experimenting with a larger level of automation in client / domain account creation. If you sign up for a Personal Plan or Preferred Plan with us, your account should be ready within minutes! The same is true for the first domain added during sign-up during the Power Pack!
