The Process - How it Works

1. Submit a Request
2. We'll communicate via e-mail, or call you if you prefer.
3. We'll prepare a basic proposal and a bid based upon the information you provided and a good estimate on the time needed to build your site.
4. After approval, we requeset a 50% downpayment.
5. After receiving payment, we will provide website designs for your approval within 7 business days.
6. After design approval, we provide your rough draft website in 7 days.
7. You receive 14 days to submit revisions.
8. With your satisfaction ensured, we send the invoice.

No Stupid Tax on Websites

We believe in charging for billable hours. Strange, I know - but many other professionals do this including your local plumber, handiman, auto mechanic and most contractors.

We've heard some whoppers from our clients on charges that they had to pay -- from a $100 per page pricing schedule to thousands of dollars for contact forms or pictures edited with different colored walls... a sucker is born every minute!

We strive to provide fair pricing and consistent results to all of our clients. Pricing is based in 10 hour blocks and we honor our quote and stick to a gracious, but specific scope of work.

What to Expect

All projects are quoted based upon time and a clear scope of work is provided. All sites are "made to order" -- no templates, no outsourcing to India or the Phillipines and down-to-earth, friendly service that speaks English -- not "IT" *.

We use Wordpress to build all of our sites. It's an open-source framework that provides easy and fun administration, search engine optimization and open standards -- that way when your site is done, the site is yours and nothing proprietary will hold you back!

Pricing: Website pricing begins at $1500 for a 20 Hour Project ($75 * 20!). Most projects are 30 Hour Projects ($75 x 30 = $2250!) and more complex projects such as eCommerce or a site that has a complex user system will easily be a 40 hour site ($3,000).

Maintenance Services: Our sites are built to let you edit and update any aspect utilizing editing tools by Wordpress. This being said, we also provide maintenance services starting at $30/mo for up to an hour of service, or $150/month for 3 hours of service. Technical support is free.
